The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery. the food was delicious, especially for a vegetarian like me. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. I appreciated the variety of activities available, it made my Christmas stay more enjoyable. Plus, the hot pools were relaxing and enjoyable.

The housekeeping staff entered my room twice without knocking, a little unsettling. One of the hot pools had an unpleasant odor that reminded me of pee.

The hotel had a stunning location overlooking a large water reservoir. Guests enjoyed a variety of different areas to relax and unwinded. the restaurant served abundant and diverse meals with attention to some dietary restrictions. some guests appreciated the efficiency of the restaurant's gadget system. the room had clean bathrooms, but the available TV channels had few options.

The hotel had one letdown, and that was the maintenance. Some facilities were outdated and not well-maintained.
